ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುವ 8 ಆಪತ್ತುಗಳು

“ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಆಫ್ಟರ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ” ಯ ಲೇಖಕರಾದ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಗುಹಾರವರು ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುವ 8 ಆಪತ್ತುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ನಮಗೆ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರವಾದರೂ ಇದೆಯೇ? ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆ ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗಿದೆ? ಕಳೆದ ದಶಕದ ಅವರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದಂತೆ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ 50-50 ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಇತ್ತು. ಪ್ರಜಾ ಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು …

ಉದ್ಯಮಿ, “ಯೂನಿಕ್ ಐಡೆಂಟಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಅಥಾರಿಟಿ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ” ದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗರಾದ ನಂದನ್ ನಿಲೇಕಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೂಲಿಯಾ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟಿಂಗ್ ಸಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ವಿರಾಲ್ ಶಾ ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ “ರೀಬೂಟಿಂಗ್ ಇಂಡಿಯ” ಎಂಬ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿರಾಲ್ ಶಾ ರವರು “ಯೂನಿಕ್ ಐಡೆಂಟಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಅಥಾರಿಟಿ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ” ಗೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
