Every year, a team of volunteers helps bring the Festival to life, and we’re looking for curious, energetic people to join us. Whether you prefer working behind the scenes or out front with the crowd, there’s a place for you.
Volunteers work across hospitality, speaker support, visitor services, backstage management and more. We’ll match you to a role that suits your interests and availability, brief you at an orientation before the Festival, and our core team will support you on the ground.
In return, you’ll pick up new skills, meet a lively bunch of people and earn Festival perks. Many past volunteers say the best part is the camaraderie, the buzz of the crowd, and the pride of seeing something you helped build come alive.
