Aparna Chandar’s work as a composer and music director for “Dancing Tales”, a dance, music and storytelling performance for children has won acclaim across India.
Aparna is the CEO of Twaang, the popular Indian classical music app. Twaang brings the largest collection of eclectic (non-film) Indian music to music lovers across the world. Her focus with Twaang has been to bring Indian music to the youngsters, with the aim of making it a an everlasting fad. Aparna is a Carnatic vocalist, teacher and music aficionado. Her brainchild, the Dhvani School of music, has for a decade trained the younger generation in Carnatic music, nurturing young talents.
