Anusha Ramanathan

Bio

Anusha Ramanathan is a kidlit author, mother of two, lawyer and dog lover. Her debut picture book, The Little Book of Indian Dogs (HarperCollins), is a joyful introduction to India’s indigenous dog breeds for young readers. She also has three upcoming picture books introducing children to iconic Indian artists – Amrita Sher-Gil, Raja Ravi Varma, and Abanindranath Tagore. When she’s not dreaming up her next book, she can be found reading to her daughters or chatting with every single dog she meets on the street.
