Gautam Bhatia is a constitutional lawyer and a science fiction writer. He is the author of The Transformative Constitution: A Radical Biography in Nine Acts and Unsealed Covers: A Decade of the Constitution, the Courts, and the State. He is also the author of The Wall and The Horizon, a science fiction duology set in an ambiguous utopia. Sometimes he gets confused between the two.
