Kavitha Rao is a London-based author, journalist and teacher. “Spies, Lies and Allies: The Incredible Lives of Chatto and Roy” is her fourth book. She is also the author of the bestselling “Lady Doctors: The Untold Stories of India’s First Women in Medicine”. Her work has appeared in the Guardian, the New York Times, the South China Morning Post, the National, the Hindu, Mint and others.
