Neha Patodia is a computer engineer who traded debugging code for debugging toy robots after the birth of her child. She spent years optimizing childhood wonder at a makerspace where kids learned that failing spectacularly is just step one of innovation. Her transition from tech professional to educational pioneer happened somewhere between her 1,000th diaper change and realizing that children ask “why?” more persistently than any software QA team. With puzzles in one hand and construction paper in the other, Neha created learning environments where kids developed problem-solving skills and parents developed the patience to vacuum up glitter for weeks. She firmly believes the best education comes with a side of laughter and occasionally, safety goggles.
