Nelofar Currimbhoy’s just released novel ‘Tara-The Dream Chaser’ has brought her acclaim and recognition as a writer. Nelofar emerged from the corporate world to follow her passion and made her mark as a writer with the best seller “Flame – The Inspiring Life of my Mother, Shahnaz Husain,” a biography that received much critical acclaim. With a talent to adapt to different genre’s Nelofar followed with‘ Eyes of the Healer,’ a novella in verse, which was also produced as a dance drama by the well known film maker Muzaffar Ali with a voice over by Kabir Bedi. Recognising her talent Rupa has signed up Nelofar for a five book contract making sure many more books emerge from this author. Nelofar while being President of the Shahnaz Husain group has proved that passion and work can co-exist and given a choice Nelofar would any day follow the path that leads back to her heart-her writing.
