Bio
Nikhil Ravichandar is the Executive Producer of Luru Magazine, an independent print publication chronicling Bengaluru’s evolving cultural, civic, and urban life. His work blends narrative craft with behavioural insight, drawing on decision science to reframe how we perceive community, identity, and the quiet forces that shape a city.
Alongside his creative practice, Nikhil works at the intersection of behavioural science, data science, and digital delivery, with a deep interest in why people choose as they do. He previously built and led behavioural science teams at major financial institutions, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ANZ, where he focused on financial decision-making, risk culture, and real-world experimentation at scale to improve peoples’ financial wellbeing.
