Parvathy is one of the founding members of Women in Cinema Collective (WCC), an Indian nonprofit organization for women in Malayalam cinema. Founded in 2017, WCC is the first of its kind in the country, working for the welfare of women in the Malayalam film industry and advocating for an inclusive workplace.
