Bio

Coming from a unique family of prominent flautists, Pravin Godkhindi is a composer, vocalist, actor, tabla artist, harmonium player, author and, most notably, a virtuoso of the Bansuri flute. His musical talents extend to Kathak, Bharatanatyam, and contemporary as well as Hindustani Classical music. He has worked and shared stages with SP Balasubramanyam, Zakir Hussain, Louis Banks and Sivamani and has featured alongside musicians such as Yesudas, Hariharan, Anup Jalota, and Shankar Mahadevan.
