Bio
Sanjiv Sarin is the former CEO & MD of Tata Coffee Ltd. and has held leadership roles with Cadbury across three continents. A certified Leadership Coach, he serves as an Independent Director and Trustee on several company boards and NGOs. An Economics Gold Medalist from Bombay University and a Distinction holder from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, he has been recognized with honors including AIM’s Alumni Achievement Award, the Udyog Ratan Award, and the Exceptional Leaders of Excellence Award. A teacher with the Art of Living Foundation since 2001, he lives in Bengaluru with his wife, Vandana. His book The Otherside of the Mountain is out in 2025.
