Sundeep Khanna was a journalist for over 25 years with leading Indian publications like Business Today and Financial Express before retiring as Executive Editor of Mint in 2019. He now writes weekly columns for MoneyControl casting a critical look at corporate developments (https://www.moneycontrol.com/author/sundeep-khanna-10221/). He is also the co-author of the recently released Azim Premji: The Man Beyond the Billions, a critical unauthorized biography of one of the world’s great philanthropists. In 2016 he co-authored a book of essays to mark 25 years of the era of liberalization in India. Titled “The Liberalization Story” sought to explain various dimensions of this seminal event. Beyond writing he likes watching European football, listening to jazz music and reminiscing about his days in Calcutta.
