Suresh Hinduja is the founder of the hugely popular social media network on food and drink — gourmetindia.com. A well-known figure, he has deep and instinctive knowledge of food and beverages and loves researching ingredients, especially the long forgotten ones. Suresh has travelled widely and dined in the finest restaurants across the world and in India, and has used his experience to give a futuristic twist to traditional Indian cuisine which he calls Naya Zaika, the equivalent of nouvelle cuisine. On weekends, he tries to fix his golf slice.
