Bio
An entrepreneur by profession, V. Sriram’s passion is the history and heritage of Chennai, which he has been documenting since 1999. Having worked closely with the late S. Muthiah, the city’s celebrated chronicler, Sriram is now the editor of the popular fortnightly Madras Musings, which espouses the cause of the city’s heritage—built, cultural, and natural. Sriram is also the pioneer of heritage walks in the city, which he started in 1999.

Bio
Sadhana is a research-led writer and curator in the Arts & Culture spaces.
She writes on Arts, Film festivals, Music, Crafts, Travel, Literature, & Socio-Economics for leading newspapers, magazines and Journals including The Hindu, The Economic Times, Deccan Chronicle, Tehelka, Housecalls, Shruti etc. Her writing style knits history with the literary and the classical with the contemporary.
Building on the plinth of her research and writing experience, Sadhana has been a Contributor, Curator, Speaker and Moderator for music, literature, art and film segments at festivals and platforms including Mahindra Kabira Festival, Cannes Film Festival, AVID Learning, Royal Opera House Mumbai, Think Fest, Bangalore Literature Festival, Bangalore International Centre, Jaipur Literature Festival, FICCI – Creative Industries as well as Corporate summits. Sadhana works with artists and conservatories across genres to weave narrative-backed lecture demonstrations. Her academic conclaves blend pedagogy with performances.
Continuing her volunteering at SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth), since her days at Miranda House and Delhi School of Social Work she has participated in a number of programs that have taken Gurus and Masters in the Arts to intersect with students in schools and colleges. Her sustained interest in Arts’ pedagogies, she founded Art Links Learning to create age appropriate curriculum for imparting Music and Arts Intelligence.
A Masters in Social Work from Delhi University, she honed her research, consulting and execution skills at the Administrative Staff College of India.
Living in Bangalore she continues to be a student of the Arts.
