Lakshmipradha Srinivasan

Bio
Dr Lakshmipradha Srinivasan has a multifaceted personality – a Dentist, IT professional, Musician, Painting artist, Motivational speaker and above all an advocate of women empowerment and rights of differently-abled people (she is one among them). She believes that the human spirit is one of the abilities, perseverance and courage that no disability can steal away. With a wealth of experience in life, she is launching herself as a writer. Winner of many awards for her achievements, she resides with her family in Bangalore.
She is a differently-abled person (born with achondroplasia) with a height of 3 feet 9 inches. Besides her challenges, she was brought up as a strong, determined, and open spoken personality by her parents. She always believes every challenge is an opportunity and it’s her inbuilt power to stand against, fight, and succeed. She overcomes every hurdle with a positive, calm, and composed attitude. Lack of acceptance, lack of belief, preconceived notions are some of the common bottlenecks people with disability face. These become the major hurdle for seeking opportunities to learn, work, grow in their life professionally. Her honesty, self-belief, and resilience strengthened her resolve to fight against social stigma and thus prove her intrinsic worth and strength to the outside world.
