She has worked in journalism, as an editor of three major magazines and is the author of 17 books, including Socialite Evenings, Starry Nights, Spouse and Superstar India. Her column in The Times of India, Politically Incorrect, carries unapologetic and remarkably candid observations on politics, society, economics and relationships.

Bio
Surya is a Young India Fellow and Salzburg Global Fellow. He heads Events and Outreach at the Museum of Art and Photography (MAP)- Bangalore’s newest private museum. He was previously Chief of Staff to Samir Jain, at the Vice Chairman’s Office of The Times of India Group (BCCL). In the past, he has organized international literature festivals & media conclaves, worked on election campaigns & conducted legislative research for Members of Parliament, and has also taught courses on media, feminism, and political science at Ashoka University and Salzburg Global Seminar.
