Bio
Hema Ravichandar is a Strategic HR Advisor with over 37 years of industry experience. She currently advises several Indian and multinational corporations and is on the Board of several companies, including those that featured in Amrop-ET Best Boards of India and the ET – Hay Group survey of India’s Best Boards.
Hema, until 2005, was the Senior Vice-President and Global Head of Human Resources for Infosys Limited. In this capacity she designed and drove the HR agenda for Infosys globally, as it scaled up from 250 employees to 40,000 employees. Under her HR Leadership, Infosys won several “Best Employer of the Year” awards in India and was placed in Top 100 rankings, overseas.
Hema herself, has won several awards and accolades including three “HR Professional of the Year” awards, listings amongst the “25 Most Powerful Women in India”, “25 Hottest Young Executives of the Year” and “Successful Women Professionals in IT”. She was also conferred with the “Outstanding HR Professional of the Year” by the National HRD Network. She has held positions in industry bodies, including on the National Executive Board of NHRDN. She has also served on several award juries.
Hema has deep expertise in Human Resources Development – Managing Scale, Risk, Diversity, Execution and Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Change Management, Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Anti-Sexual Harassment initiatives and
Immigration scenarios. She has over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, mentoring and leadership development and has worked extensively with both business and functional leaders, CEOs and Board Members in transforming their leadership styles for maximum impact and lasting change.
As an HR Thought Leader, Hema regularly opines on several aspects in her longstanding (since 2010) column, ‘HR Matters’, in the Mint, a business newspaper from HT Media Ltd. in collaboration with The Wall Street Journal.
Hema is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has been a participant at The Wharton School’s Executive Development Program.
Ramanujam Sridhar

Bio
Ramanujam Sridhar is a communication consultant, author, columnist, teacher, trainer, cricket enthusiast and a passionate social activist.
A postgraduate in Management from IIM Bangalore and an MA in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai. After completing over 25 years in the business and holding high-profile positions such as CEO of Pratibha Advertising (now Quadrant), Executive Director, RK Swamy BBDO and Executive Vice President, Mudra Communications, Sridhar founded brand-comm, in 1998. Brand-Comm is now part of Madison World, a niche communications company headquartered in Bangalore with six offices pan-India. It’s range of services include Public Relations, Digital Marketing and Brand Advisory. Several well known brands such as the CavinKare, Fortis Hospitals, JBM, Peps, Manipal Global are clients of brand-comm.
He is a former President of the Advertising Club, Bangalore and a former president of the IIMB Alumni association. IIM Bangalore has recently awarded Sridhar as a distinguished alumnus of the institute. He was honoured by the Madras Advertising Club for his service to the advertising profession in South India. He has been awarded the Life Time Achievement Award for Communicators from Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) in March 4, 2017.
He has authored three books – “One land one billion minds’, a best seller in India and its sequel “Googly Branding on Indian turf’. He launched his third book in Tamil ‘En Vazhi Thani Vazhi’ and is now writing a text book on Advertising and Brand Management.
He is a trained counselor and is a trustee in Vishranthi, an old age home.
He has started a trust in his mother’s name to help educate the girl child.
He is the Governing Council member of BNP (Bengaluru NavaNirmana Party) which represents the citizens’ voice in governance.

Ramesh Venkateswaran has donned many hats over the years. After a successful stint in the corporate world and as a corporate consultant and trainer, he has devoted his time to teaching.
He is an adjunct faculty member at his alma mater, the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, for close to three decades.
Ramesh is presently Chairman , Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad and Member Board of Governors of The Lawrence School, Lovedale.
Ramesh is a co-founder, chairman and volunteer at Vishwas, Society for Mental Health, Bengaluru, a not-for-profit organization that offers free counselling to people in emotional stress
He has also headed The Lawrence School Lovedale, Nilgiris, and SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysuru.
