In a career spanning three decades (and counting) as a business journalist, Archana Rai has extensively reported on India’s startup and technology sector. From tracking investments made by India’s earliest venture funds to the big-ticket deals of Internet-era heavyweights, she has enjoyed a ringside view of the twists and turns, the highs and lows of technology entrepreneurship during its most consequential years. She has been the Editor for Startups & Emerging Business at The Economic Times from 2010 -2016 ; and since 2016 has been ET’s Editor – South. She has earlier worked at Business India, Outlook Money and Mint.
