Nirmal Pulickal is the author of the historical-horror novel ‘Grabber’ – about the demon of the Taj Mahal. Nirmal is currently the India Head of Creative for Meta in India. The Grabber started as a drawing of a monster by his son Jehan, a middle-schooler fascinated by goth tales and mythology. Together they developed the character and decided The Grabber deserved an origin story. With langurs and lanterns, scoundrels and djinns, the story is a white-knuckle ride through Mughal and British ruled India.
