Aabhas Maldahiyar, architect, urban designer, and author, gained recognition with his debut non-fiction, #Modi Again: An Ex-Communist’s Manifesto, tracing his shift from a staunch communist to renouncing the ideology. His latest work, Babur: The Chessboard King, is the first in a series exploring the Timurid Gūrkāniyān Empire (wrongly, yet popularly known as Mughal Empire). A Persian manuscript expert, he is a founding member of the Foundation for Indian Historical and Cultural Research (FIHCR) and an RCS fellow.
