Bio
Writer, editor, actor, translator— Anjula Bedi is a Post-graduate in English Literature from Delhi University. As a partner and editor/writer for Eminence Designs Pvt Ltd, a publishing company started in 1990, in Mumbai, she has edited over 30 books on art and heritage. Her fascination for oral history and a keen interest in how people live and work in their social environment resulted in her interest in biographies Her writings include a commemorative volume for the Indian Navy, Bridges of Friendship, the English adaptation for Kokilaben Ambani’s book Dhirubhai Ambani – the Man I Knew, The Intrepid Entrepreneur- Shyam Sundar Jhunjhnuwala, Purushottam- Transforming Lives, a biography of the founder of Ajanta Pharma, Purushottam Agarwal and a pictorial biography of the company Indorama.
Anjula has also authored Gods and Goddesses of India for BPI.
