Arindam Borkataki(1976) critic ,editor and essayist.for his first book Anusilon he was awarded Sahitya Akademi youth award and Munin Borkataki award in 2011. Goidya Vabona is his next book on literary criticism. He has also edited two important book on present social history of Assam titled Insurgency, counterinsurgency and Issues of Human Rights and Women Issues and Perspectives. Besides he has edited anthologies of Assamese Short Stories and Poetry.He was assistant editor Assamese encyclopedia Project (history section) and associate editor Aamar samai, a literary magazine published by The Times of India group in Asamese.
Presently he is astt. professor in English, A. D. P. College, nagaon, Assam and Editor, Prakash a literary magazine published by Assam Publication Board.
