Baijayant “Jay” Panda is an Indian politician. He was elected to the Parliament of India, Lower House from Kendrapara Constituency, Odisha in May 2009.
He studied in the Michigan Technological University and with a background in Engineering and Management, he went on to work in the corporate sector before joining politics.
