Farrah Gillani: Writer of BANGALOREAN
Farrah Gillani was born in the UK, but has spent 20 years living and working in Japan, Luxembourg, India and Sweden. Her employment has spanned such diverse fields as sales and marketing at Mars Inc. to being VP at the International Club of Bangalore. Throughout her varied roles, one constant has been her passion for writing. From a degree in English at Cambridge University, Farrah has edited and written many articles as an online journalist before becoming a magazine proprietor across two European cities. During her time in Bangalore, Farrah worked at Shanti Bhavan, a school dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty, creating new communications material for the Indian office. Currently, she works at the British Embassy in Stockholm.
