Bio
Jaya Peter believes in stories as a way to communicate. She began her career writing and
directing stories of people and culture from around India for a TV programme called
‘Surabhi” on Doordarshan. She took a break from her career in TV to pursue her interest in
nature and wildlife. She now brings alive conservation stories through comics and films.
