Pavithra is The Managing trustee of Vimor Handloom Foundation established in 2004 and
Chief Curator at Vimor Museum of Living Textiles, the only living textile museum in India. She
has been doing livelihood skill education in weaving hand embroidery for unemployed rural
women. She is part of both the Central and State Ministry of textiles, besides participating in
many international textile events Awarded by Ashoka Innovators for Public and many other
recognitions.
