Rashmi Samant is a 2021 Oxford graduate where she was elected its first Bharatiya-Female President of the Student Union. She is an energy engineer. She is also a recognized national TV panellist, occasional columnist, author and vocal advocate for human rights for marginalised communities. She is the author of two books: A Hindu in Oxford and Ram Janmabhoomi: The Inspiration for Hindu Resurgence.
