Sanjana Ganesh is a journalist with The Hindu who began her career in Madurai covering gender, environment and local governance in southern Tamil Nadu. Now, she writes about people, food and culture, besides doodling quite a bit on the last page of her notebook. She recently edited and curated a coffee-table book titled ‘Forts of Tamil Nadu : A walk-through’ by The Hindu and the Department of Tourism, Tamil Nadu. When she isn’t climbing clock towers for her articles or running marathons, she likes to read books, especially ones with cool covers.
