Tanuj Solanki’s first novel, Neon Noon, Fourth Estate, 2016, was shortlisted for the Tata Literature Live! First Book Award. In 2019, he was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar for his second book, Diwali in Muzaffarnagar, HarperCollins, 2018. His latest novel, The Machine is Learning, Pan Macmillan, 2020, has been shortlisted for the JCB Prize for Literature.
