Bio
Vibha Surya is an illustrator and designer from the beautiful Coromandel coastal city, Chennai, now based in Bangalore, India.
She has a master’s degree in Children’s Literature & Illustration from Goldsmiths, University of London bachelor’s in Visual Arts from Stella Maris College, Chennai.
She primarily works with digital medium with a touch of traditional. Her work ranges from Picture books, book cover art to branding and invitation designs. She loves using textures in her work and into Indian Art, diversity and inclusivity (especially disability) in picture books.
Her clients include Penguin Random House, Harpercollins Publishers, Hachette Book Group, Scholastics. When not working, she can be found experimenting new recipes, gardening or working on her ‘nth’ new weaving or crochet project!
