Dr.V. R. Devika, educationist, author, art critic, actor and founder of The Aseema Trust has a PhD on M.K.Gandhi. Among books authored are monographs in the pioneers of modern India series of Niyogi books on “Rukmini Devi Arundale” and “Muthulakshmi Reddy” This received the 2023 South Asia Laadli Media award.
